Billing

How does Attune bill? Attune and our carrier partners are direct billed by email or mailed invoice directly to the insured. Payment should not be made to the brokerage or retail agent unless payment is remitted immediately to Attune or one of our carrier partners. Invoices are emailed to the account email addresses or mailed to the billing address on file. Please make sure that information is accurate to ensure payment can be made on time and the policy remains active. Payment plans and automatic payment is available for certain products. Click below to explore our billing options per product. We can remit payment via credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, and check depending on the product. Click below to determine which payment methods are available per product. Please note that we cannot currently accept payment over chat or email, except for ACH, which we can accept over the phone. Any payment information sent through these channels will not be processed and will be immediately deleted for security reasons.
