Based on the ACORD download standards most AMS can only take a 25-character policy number. Some of Attune’s BOP policies have a Policy Number that is greater than 25 characters, in this case, you will have to update the policy number to match with IVANS. You can directly make the change or contact your AMS support team.
How to rename a policy with more than 25 characters?
- Remove the hyphens from the policy number. If after removing the hyphens the policy number is less than or equal to 25 characters, this is your new policy number for IVANS purposes only.
