Why didn't I receive an IVANS Download file today?

Here are a few common reasons why you may not have received an IVANS Download file: 

  • No activity: No transaction activity occurred within your book of business on a particular day. 
  • Time of day: Depends on when the carrier sends the download 
  • Technical issues such as system or cycle failure, or Download service interruptions.
  • Sign into IVANS Exchange to see if Attune Insurance download has been received by IVANS, and is listed in your IVANS mailbox. 
    • If it is in your IVANS Mailbox, please contact your agency management system vendor. They will handle any troubleshooting.  
    • If it is not in your mailbox, please contact Attune Help Center or live chat in the Attune Portal.
