What will I see when I log into Ivans Exchange?

• The first thing you should see is your agency’s “Dashboard & Connections” which shows your agency’s volume of your download and available connections.
  
  

• As you go through the tabs, you will see your Connections Report, which provides you with a list of the carriers you download with and more information on your available download connections.  There is a link to a document with more information about eDocs and Messages.

• There is also a Feedback tab, and policy resend tab.  If you would like a demo of your Connections Report, email [e-mail]
