What if I don’t have an IVANS Y Account?

  • If you do not have an IVANS account, you can reach out to IVANS at  Connections@ivansinsurance.com or Attune Help Center or live chat in the Attune Portal. We will set a Y account up for your agency. 
  • To do this we will need to know your:
    • Agency name as you want it listed 
    • Physical agency address
    • Agency phone number
    • Agency mailing address if different from above 
    • Agency contact person – first name, last name, phone number and email 
    • Agency management system name, product, and version of the agency management system used by the agency (e.g. Applied, EPIC, 2.0)
