What do I do if there is a binding moratorium in my insured's location?

 

If a binding moratorium is in effect, this will be posted on a banner on the Attune portal as well as on our news feed.

If you receive a request to bind a  new business quote or coverage expanding endorsement during this time, please do the following:

  • Please submit your bind request using this form or your endorsement requesting using this form

  • Once the moratorium has been lifted we will reach out to request a No Known Loss Letter before binding the quote. Feel free to proactively submit this to us as well once the moratorium is lifted. You can find a fillable PDF version of our NKLL at the bottom of this article. 

If you received a bind request from your client prior to the moratorium, please submit a time-stamped copy of the bind request showing that it was received prior to the date and time that Attune has marked as the moratorium cut-off period.
