How do I add new users to my agency in the Attune Portal?

Anyone with admin permissions is able to add new users to their agency in a few easy steps.

  2. Next click on the "Invite user" button on the top righthand side of the Team Settings page.          Screen_Shot_2020-06-03_at_2.06.53_PM.png
  3. This will pop open a window where you can add the new user information. We will ask you to confirm this user is part of your agency and should be added to your producer code. You'll input their name and email address. You'll also have to pick if they are a standard or admin user. The main difference is that Admin can add new users and modify their permissions. Both roles are able to quote, bind and service accounts.                                                                                                                    Screen_Shot_2020-06-03_at_2.09.00_PM.png
  4. Once you click send this will trigger a welcome email to your new user. The can then log into the Attune Portal and begin quoting and binding under your producer code. You'll see them listed under "Pending Invitations" until they accept their invite.

If your new user does not see the welcome email, please have them check their spam and junk folders. There is no way to resend the welcome email, however they can use the forgot password link to send a password reset email and that should work to get them logged in. Admins can remove users access within the Attune portal.

Navigate to the Settings gear - under Team Settings there is a "Remove User" button in the top right hand corner. You will be able to enter their first name, last name and email address.
