Please reach out directly to your broker and they can unenroll you through our portal. You can also submit a request to our customer care team to unenroll you. You can still update or change your payment method at any time and enroll in automatic payments through any of your invoices.
You are able to unenroll your accounts in automatic payment from the billing summary on the account page. Just click "update" next to the payment information, then "unenroll" on the next screen and finally "save changes" to confirm. Please note you may need to refresh your page to see the changes reflected.
