First, head to the account page, and then click on the "edit contact information" button.
You'll be taken to a new page where you can add the insured's email, as well as an optional secondary insured email. You can also add or edit any broker contacts for that account. For the broker contacts, you can specify which type of information each contact should receive by checking the boxes shown below.
Once you have updated all your contact information, hit the save button and you're all set!
