First, head to the account page, and then click on the "edit contact information" button.
You'll be taken to a new page where you can add a primary and secondary email address for the insured. You may also add or edit any broker contacts for that account. For the broker contacts, you can specify which type of information each contact should receive by checking the boxes shown below.
Once you've updated all contact information, click the "Save" to finalize your changes.
