How are renewals billed for businessowners' and excess policies?

Renewals invoices are emailed to the account billing contacts on the renewal issuance date, 30 days before the expiration of the current policy. To pay, please click the “View and Pay” button at the bottom of the invoice. When this is clicked, a new invoice page will open and you/the insured will be able to enter the insured’s payment information under “Make Payment”. Brokers can also access invoices from the account page in the Attune Portal under "Billing Summary".

If the insured is enrolled in automatic payments for their current term, this will carry over to the renewal term. We will automatically withdraw the funds 3 days before the renewal policy is in force.
