How do I cancel my policy?

To cancel a bound EMPLOYERS policy, please send a completed LPR (Loss Policy Release form / Cancellation Request) to Attune Customer Care with the following information:

  • Insured's Name 
  • Policy Number (i.e. EIG123456700)
  • Cancellation Effective Date
  • Policy Effective Dates
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Proof of Replaced Coverage OR Closing Agreement OR Bill of Sale (only needed if backdating the cancellation)

The resulting cancellation notice will be mailed directly to the insured and emailed to the broker once fully processed.
