How can the insured report a Workers' Compensation claim?

Attune Workers' Compensation claims are handled by either Builders Insurance Group or EMPLOYERS. The carrier you should contact is based on the carrier on your Attune policy documents. Both Builders and EMPLOYERS have direct claim intake that can be done via phone or email. 

If your policy # begins with "WCV" and is written through Builders Insurance Group, contact them directly at the information below. 

If your policy # begins with "EIG" and is written through EMPLOYERS, contact them directly at the information below.

You can also call the 24/7 hotline to report a claim. First, dial the tollfree number at

800.883.9305. Select “2” to access the Claims Department, and then select “2” again

to reach the 24/7 claims reporting team.

 

EMPLOYERS

EMPLOYERS offers two phone numbers that are available 24/7 to report a claim. Both numbers are staffed with individuals fluent in both English and Spanish, with accommodations for other languages.

EMPLOYERS Injured Employee Hotline: 855-365-6010

  • For reporting of a new work-related injury or illness when the injured/ill employee has not yet received medical treatment.
  • Access to registered nurses who are specially trained to provide nurse triage and medical guidance. 

EMPLOYERS Customer Service Center: 888-682-6671

  • For reporting of a new work-related injury or illness when the injured/ill employee has already received medical treatment.
  • For any additional claims-related questions outside the reporting of a claim.
