How do I cancel my policy?

 

We are able to process insured request cancellations for requests effective on the request date or in the future with a completed Loss Policy Release form (Acord 35).

If the cancellation request is for a past date, we require the LPR and additional supporting documentation to review the request:

Replaced coverage: please provide proof of the duplicate coverage in the form of the declaration page from the replacement. 

Business closed or business sold: please provide proof of the first written request to cancel from the insured, bill of sale, termination of lease, or a signed document stating the date that the business closed.
