Changes to your BOP quote can be made through the Account page in the Attune portal. To make a change, to your BOP quote, navigate to the account and click on the quote you wish to edit in the right pane. You will see 2 options appear at the top, Continue to Bind and Edit Quote.
If the change you would like to make to your quote is not an option in the portal, please contact Attune Customer Care with the account name, quote number and the requested change.
Please note, if Customer Care completed your quote due to incorrect decline or there are multiple buildings at one location, you will need to reach out to Customer Care to make changes on your behalf.
