What if I would like to dispute the audit from EMPLOYERS®?

To request a review of your final Premium Audit, please provide a written request to the EMPLOYERS® Premium Audit Department at [e-mail] or by fax [phone]. 

Please be sure to include the reason for your request, any supporting facts and/or documents, your contact information, and an ideal day/time for a Premium Audit representative to contact you.

Please note that Attune does not process audit disputes. All requests must be submitted to EMPLOYERS directly.
