How do I get a Certificate of Insurance (COI?)

Hiscox emails a standard certificate of insurance along with the policy documents to the insured email on file shortly after a policy is bound. If a new certificate is needed naming a specific certificate holder or additional insured please submit the request directly to Hiscox using the form at https://www.contacthiscox.com/partner/. Check the box for either the “Issue an Additional Insured an ACORD certificate” or "Send an ACORD certificate (Certificate holder request)" and enter the required information to obtain a new COI.
