How do I get a Certificate of Insurance (COI?)

Hiscox emails a standard certificate of insurance along with the policy documents to the insured email on file shortly after a policy is bound. If a new certificate is needed naming a specific certificate holder or additional insured please submit the request directly to Hiscox using the form at Check the box for either the “Issue an Additional Insured an ACORD certificate” or "Send an ACORD certificate (Certificate holder request)" and enter the required information to obtain a new COI.
